We had such a positive experience with our birthday party for our 8 year old son. Their communication prior to the party as well as the day of was greatly appreciated. The staff were great with the kids and helped the ones who were a little apprehensive to try some of the course and had never been to a place like this. When our older daughter tried to run up the third wall all the staff was encouraging and clapping loudly when she finally accomplished it. It gave me the feel of the CrossFit community and loved that we got to expose kids to that environment. Highly recommend

So much fun! Our kiddo had her 7th birthday party here and she is still talking about it. The facility was clean and inviting. There is ample parking. The staff was very kind and helpful. We didn't have to lift a finger. They were very attentive to our birthday girl but ensured that all our guests had an amazing time. And if you are on the fence about the pizza from Jets, do it!!! It was a hit with the parents and the kids devoured it! 10/10 would absolutely recommend this location!

Had my son’s 10th birthday party at Ultimat Ninjas Naperville. The kids all had a great time. The staff was helpful and attentive to the parents and kids. They did a great job of balancing safety and fun. As a parent, everything was super easy and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

It was great. My two daughters (11 and 7 years old) enjoyed the open gym. We booked for 1 hour which is definitely enough in my opinion. Online registration was no problem and made the check-in fast and uncomplicated.

My children take classes at Ultimate Ninjas and love it! The facility is very clean, organized, and well run. The coaches are all great and passionate about what they do! Additionally, we just hosted our son's birthday party there and I was very impressed by how seamless it was. They take care of all the clean up and set up. I appreciated that adults don't count towards the guest count and it is well-priced for the number of children.

Today we celebrated my 9 year old' s birthday party. The staff was very nice and very professional. I personally worked with Mr. Charlie. He made booking the party very seamless and easy. Such a nice guy. I spoke with a Ronya and another young lady weeks before, that answered ALL of my questions. I really appreciate that.
The place is clean and well lit. The staff are very helpful.
Once in our birthday room I believe, his name is David and another gentleman helped prepare the room, cut the cake and pass out food and cake. They wore gloves when serving and even had the children sanitize their hands before going into the birthday room. They even cleaned up the room once we finished and helped me take my leftovers and decorations back to my car!
Overall my family and friends had a great time. I appreciate the care and professionalism the entire staff showed today.

An excellent place for a kids' birthday party! We have attended multiple parties here, and it's always a hit with the kids. We just recently hosted our first event at this location, and I was so pleased. The communication with the Weekend Manager was great, the planning was easy, and the staff were so helpful with the entire party. They even set up our decorations and place settings in the party room for us. We definitely feel that we got a great value for what we paid to host a party here.

Amazing facility, team, and service! My son had his birthday party here, and everything went super smoothly - from booking, confirmation calls, day of, and more. The instructors did a fantastic job of making the obstacles accessible and motivating for not only kids ranging in age from 3-8, but also the adults! The team also set up our party decorations, arranged the food, and made sure we had all in order. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend!

Held our 8 year-olds' birthday party here and were super impressed. Facilities were very nice, the staff was great, and they clearly put a lot of care into making sure they were cleaning and sanitizing between parties, which you rarely see at these kinds of places. Kids loved it and had an awesome time. They had two staff members in there helping the kids, and they both provided just the right amount of guidance without making everything too structured. Would definitely recommend!

Its probably not fair that I give a 1 star rating, we have been coming here for years without incident. But, I had such a rude interaction with a manager today, that we won’t be back.

We brought two neighbor kids with us today (because we told them Ninjas is super fun) but one of them is pretty young. I just wanted to quickly show them where to go etc. The gym is a bit intimidating at first.

Two seconds after registering, I walked onto the mat and manager literally ran up to me. He said I couldn’t be on the mat, I said I know the rules. I am not here to play or anything. I said I just have a couple extra kids with me I am responsible for today, need to show them how it works, where they can go, where I will be etc. He said doesn’t matter, we have employees for that, leave the floor immediately. He could not have been ruder if he tried and he was visibly upset. You lost 4 customers today. If you need the ten bucks so bad I could have handed it to you but the manager never even suggested that.

We had my daughter’s birthday party here with 17 kids and it was wonderful! They had 3 engaged, responsible party hosts that helped keep the event running smoothly. Very attentive staff and the girls all had a blast!
Loved that they allow you to bring in your own food and beverages, too.

We just had a 13 year old birthday at Ultimate Ninja’s! It’s our second party we have had here. The kids had a blast! The course, coaches, staff, and entire experience was fantastic. They made the party seamless and stress free . Our kids also take weekly classes here. Our favorite part of this gym are the amazingly talented and positive coaches. We’ve seen an obvious increase of self esteem and self confidence in our kids thanks to them.

Our kids have taken classes here and learned so much! Great team. We also hosted our daughter’s birthday party there recently and they took care of everything. We didn’t need to cut the cake, round up kids, collect gifts; they did it all! Highly recommend!!!

As a mom and former athlete and coach, I really wanted my twins to be involved the ninja world because it teaches all basics for so many sports: strength, agility, flexibility, balance, and problem-solving.

Initially, I had high hopes that my daughters would LEARN how to master the weekly challenges. However, the “instructors” act like chaperones rather than teachers. I expected class to really be a class rather than a camp or open gym. How does a child learn how to go up the warp wall from with a short track? Are they supposed to Innately know to shorten their strides and pump their arms? My girls came in knowing how to do the rings and monkey bars, but have yet to progress from there unless Shay is teaching them.

When I reached out to the weekend manager, I was reassured that they would have more training for their instructors. However, nothing was provided to compensate for a series of disappointing lessons.

Unfortunately, I plan on pulling my girls from this gym even though I invested in a ninja gym for our home.

This is a great place for birthdays, but I wouldn’t go here to learn the techniques necessary to get better.

We had a wonderful party for my son's 8th birthday. The staff was friendly with the boys and helped them with the various activities in the gym. They set up our decorations in the room and cleaned up the party at the end. The registration was simple online and then easy to finish payment in-person at the party.

We hosted a birthday party here and it went so smoothly from scheduling, coordinating food and the actual event. Specifically, Charlie and Grace were so engaged and helped with our kiddos today. One child who forgot gym shoes even received the kindness of a loaner pair from the gym. Really full service!

My family and i have been going to this gym for about five years at this point. My kids have been taking the classes and loving them, everyone one here is very nice. My wife and I have been taking the Ulitfit classes for adults and we love it as well. Every day the class is different and challenging, the coaches always make sure that you can complete everything that listed. Everyone here coach, staff and other members have become family. You definitely need to give this place a try

Ultimate Ninja in Naperville is an absolute blast! The courses are well-designed, challenging, and so much fun for all ages. We had a kids birthday party here. The staff was amazing, from leading the kids through the activities to laying out our treat bags and setting the party table. The activities were fun and challenging. The kids had a great time, thank you!

Just threw birthday party for 8 year old. I had. Kids from 17 to five and all had a great time on.Staff was great set up party area and also has multiple people to help all of the children to have a fun and stay safe. I would definitely recommend.

I've been attending this gym for close to a year now and it's the best gym I ever attended! All of the instructors are great. They know your limits and push you just pass them. And at this point, I would think I've tried every exercise, but at every class, I'm proven wrong.

Attending this gym has gotten me to best shape in my life. When I first started, I could barely do an obstacle, let alone a pull-up. But now, I am surprised by how much I can do and more confident in my abilities.

Fantastic ninja warrior style gym. My son has been attending classes for a year now and he looks forward to it every week. They mix up the equipment and routines every week. The coaches are friendly and great motivators for the kids. They promote a positive team atmosphere here where everyone is welcome regardless of skill level.

Terrific gym. Kiddos enjoy the classes and the equipment. Great place for a party as well. One was going on even though rest of gym set up for a competition. Still had plenty of room and equipment to make it fun. Clean and great staff
