We had a birthday party for our daughter today. Definitely recommend. This place is more affordable and spacious than other places in/around libertyville and vernon hills areas. Parking can be limited but plenty of street parking so not a huge deal. The instructors were nice but firm when needed which I appreciate because safety is paramount. They set up everything, decorated the room and carried all the stuff from the car. I wasnt even tired after the party. Great job.

The entire staff was really nice, friendly and helpful! They set up the party room for us, served kids pizza and cake and for the entire playtime coaches engaged kids in games!! It was hands free experience for parents! Highly recommend!

0 stars but Google forces at least 1. Parents signing up at Ultimate Ninja should know what they’re actually agreeing to with the iClassPro system.

This isn’t just basic registration info. The policy allows collection of sensitive data (including medical info and even things like security-question answers), uses aggressive third-party tracking (Google, Facebook, etc.), and shares data across vendors and “partners” under very broad terms. They also keep your data for vague “business purposes,” which can effectively mean indefinitely.

And yes—this includes storing photos of kids under 13. Combining a child’s photo with their name, age, and other details in a system that’s tied into marketing and third-party tools is a real privacy concern, not just a checkbox.

None of this is required to run a kids gym. It’s a convenience/automation choice that comes with real tradeoffs, and parents should be told that upfront.

Bottom line: Ultimate Ninja may be a great program, but the data practices behind their signup system are far more invasive than most people realize. Share as little as possible and push back on anything that isn’t required.

Great experience! The staff is very friendly and attentive. They handle everything — setting up the room, entertaining the kids, serving, and cleaning up. Everyone loved Donati’s pizza. It was the best experience I’ve ever had hosting a kids’ birthday party!

Our twin boys go to Ultimate Ninjas Libertyville once a week, and they absolutely love it. Coach Brian and Evie are fantastic with kids, the obstacles are fun and challenging, and it’s a great way for them to get exercise and build confidence. We’ve seen real improvement in their coordination and attitude. Highly recommend!

I recently came for a birthday party at Ultimate Ninjas and I was very impressed! I was greeted with a smile and had staff interacting with my kids as soon as we walked in the door. This place is very well managed, with staff who are attentive, friendly, and hands-on with the kids. I was shocked at how clean the gym was and was impressed to see staff wiping tables and resetting courses between parties! The manager on duty, as well as the staff took care of absolutely everything from setting up the party room to cutting cake and handing out pizza. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable birthday party where everything is done for you while you get to relax and watch your kids play. We will definitely be back!!
So the site lists "open play" and has no hours or limitations. I drove half an hour with 2 kids who really wanted to check this place out, only to be told they were closed for private events and only have open play 1 hour a day on Saturday and Sunday.

List your real hours of walk in play on your website. Don't waste your time coming here unless your part of an overpriced kids bday party.

My three year old son attended the Little Ninja class on Sunday mornings from February to June. He loved it, and we plan on returning in the fall. His confidence and abilities grew tremendously throughout the last few months. The staff is supportive and friendly. The coaches meet the individual children where they are at, get to know them, and help coach them through a variety of obstacles. Thanks for the fun season!

We love this facility and their staff! We’ve had my 6 yo in classes for the last couple of years and cannot say enough nice things about the coaches and management. We’ve done different levels of classes and camps and my kiddos always have fun and come home tired ;-) They have been super supportive and helpful when we needed to switch classes and even let my youngest try out lil’ ninja classes to see how he did with the structure before we committed. It’s very fairly priced and all of the coaches are very patient and attentive My oldest sincerely looks forward to class every week and we are so happy to see how much confidence he has gained in the obstacles. 10/10 recommend checking it out !

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

Ultimate Ninjas Libertyville

What does Ultimate Ninjas Libertyville offer?

We're a kids recreation gym on East Park Avenue built around indoor obstacle courses and coaching. Families come for weekly coach-led classes, open play, birthday parties, school-break camps, and adult fitness under the same roof.

How old does my child need to be at the Libertyville gym?

Lil Ninjas is built for ages 3–5. Core kids classes and open play are for ages 6 and up. Birthday parties welcome younger siblings from about age 3 when the package allows — confirm guest ages when you book.

Can we try a class before joining in Libertyville?

Yes. Claim a free class so your child can meet the coaches and try the course before you commit. It's the simplest way to see if Ultimate Ninjas Libertyville fits your kid.

What's the difference between classes and open play here?

Coach-led classes are structured weekly sessions with stations, skill work, and coaching on grip, balance, and jumps. Open play is freer movement time on the course — still supervised, less syllabus.

Where is Ultimate Ninjas Libertyville and how do I get there?

We're at 732 E. Park Ave., Libertyville, IL 60048. Free parking is available at the facility. Call (847) 787-1130 if you need directions or first-visit tips.

Is this a good option when Lake County weather is rough?

Yes. Libertyville winters and cold shoulder seasons keep kids inside for weeks. Our course is fully indoor, so snow, ice, and gray days don't cancel practice or birthday plans.

Are parents allowed to watch in Libertyville?

Absolutely. We have viewing space so parents and guardians can watch athletes train and play without standing on the course.

What should my child wear for the first visit?

Comfortable, close-fitting athletic clothes and closed-toe athletic shoes. Skip loose jewelry, flip-flops, and anything that can catch on grips. Bring a labeled water bottle.

How do I get started at the Libertyville location?

Start with a free class or open the schedule on this page, pick a program, and register online. Waivers are required before anyone steps on the floor.
