The course will be 10-20 obstacles. If a runner falls before completing the course then their time to the last completed obstacle will be recorded. Youth (kids, mature kids, preteens, and teens) will be allowed to continue on the course after their fall but their placement will be determined by the first fall. Young adults, adults, and masters will not be allowed to continue their run after falling.

The top 3 males and females from each age group who have not already qualified, will qualify for the World Championships.

Please make sure to fill out both the NNL Waiver and our gym’s waiver before competing.

Spectators: For each competitor, the competition price includes 2 spectator tickets for that age group.
