Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
Birthday Party Hosting
What does a birthday party look like at Ultimate Ninjas Elmhurst?
Hosted obstacle time, then a private room for cake. You are not inventing games in a rented rec room on Lake Street — the course is the main event.
Where are Elmhurst parties?
684 W Lake St., Elmhurst, IL 60126. Share that with guests coming from Villa Park, Lombard, or Oak Brook. (630) 478-2710.
How far ahead to book Elmhurst?
2–3 weeks, longer for Saturday slots and holiday weekends when DuPage indoor parties book out.
What's in an Elmhurst party package?
Hosted course block, private party space, tables for cake, a run-of-show so parents aren't refereeing the whole hour.
How many kids at Elmhurst?
Packages scale. Lock the guest count when you book so we staff the floor right.
Can adults go on Elmhurst obstacles?
Yes, with waivers. Keep it a few lines — the party is still about the birthday kid.
Cake and outside food in Elmhurst?
Allowed in the party room. Keep food off the course.
Bad DuPage weather — still on?
Yes. Ice and rain don't cancel an indoor Elmhurst party.
Waivers and younger siblings at Elmhurst?
Everyone on the floor needs a waiver. Younger siblings join if the package and age rules allow — ask when you book.
How to book Elmhurst?
Party link for this location, package + date, deposit, watch for arrival times. Bring cake; we run the course block.
