Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
Birthday Party Hosting
What does a birthday party look like at Ultimate Ninjas Oak Creek?
Kids get hosted obstacle time on the course, then move into private party space for cake, presents, and hangout. You're not inventing games in a rented room — the course is the main event.
Where do Oak Creek parties happen?
At 400 West Bell Court #350, Oak Creek, WI 53154. Parking is on-site; share the address with guests coming from Milwaukee, Franklin, or Racine.
How far in advance should I book an Oak Creek party?
Book 2–3 weeks ahead when you can, especially for Saturdays. Popular winter and school-break weekends fill faster in the Milwaukee metro.
What's included in an Oak Creek birthday package?
Reserved obstacle time with staff hosting, private party space, tables and chairs for cake, and a clear run-of-show so parents aren't refereeing the whole time.
How many guests can I bring?
Packages scale from smaller friend groups to larger parties. Pick the guest count that matches your package when you book; we'll confirm limits in the confirmation details.
Can adults go on the obstacles at Oak Creek?
Yes — adults with a completed waiver can usually jump in during the party block. It's a fun way for parents to play without taking over the kids' turns.
Can I bring cake and outside food?
Outside cake and food are allowed for parties. Use the tables we provide, and note any facility rules in your confirmation (no glass on the course floor, etc.).
Is an Oak Creek party a good plan when Wisconsin weather is terrible?
Yes. Everything stays indoors. Rain, lake-effect snow, or a polar-vortex weekend doesn't cancel the course or the party room.
What about waivers and younger siblings?
Every participant needs a signed waiver before hitting the floor. Younger siblings can often join if your package and age rules allow — confirm when you book.
How do I book a birthday party in Oak Creek?
Use the party booking link for this location, choose a package and date, pay the deposit, and watch for confirmation with arrival times. We'll handle the obstacle block; you bring the cake and guest list.
